
Senior Sales Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining customer acquisition strategies, driving revenue growth through digital payments, and collaborating with product managers to develop new business ideas based on market insights.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to deliver on company targets across all markets.
- Drive country teams selling to merchants and clients, taking accountability for lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue generation.
- Identify potential acquiring partners, build and maintain the channel partner pipeline, and drive their engagement.
- Manage existing channel partners to ensure productive relationships.
- Build the capability to efficiently acquire and onboard new SME merchant business customers via digital channels.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT sales, digital payments, or BFSI sales and marketing.
- Strong skills in planning and delivery, sales expertise, and leadership.
- Excellent negotiation skills for managing channel partnerships.
- Proficiency in using CRM and reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion and a quality-focused mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- MBA or PGDM from a recognized institute or university.
