Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Business Engagement Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively calling prospective clients from provided leads and directories, engaging in meaningful conversations with HNI/UHNI clients, and clearly communicating the value of our premium products and offerings.

The successful candidate will also qualify potential leads, schedule appointments/meetings for our Sales Team, maintain and update call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools, handle basic client queries, and route complex concerns appropriately.

Additionally, the candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Skills

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Excellent command of both Hindi & English – verbal and written
  • A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
  • Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination is a strong advantage
  • Comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets
