We are actively seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to launch their career in sales and work closely with our core business team.
Job Description:
- Support the sales team throughout the sales process
- Cultivate enduring relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Reach out to prospects to introduce and explain our products
- Schedule and arrange demo calls with interested prospects
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information about leads, interactions, and progress through the sales pipeline
- Deal with objections and rejections daily
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or Edutech
- Recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in market research and cold outreach through cold calling, email, and other channels
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in long-term career opportunities in SaaS sales
- Enthusiasm for building a career in tech sales
