
Sales Relationship Builder

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Relationship Builder to lead our sales team in driving business growth. As a key member, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities within the lubricants market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and support.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets for lubricant products.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop a deep understanding of lubricant products and their applications.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business administration).
- 10-15 years of experience in sales, particularly in the lubricants or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation skill.
- Knowledge of lubricants (Grease & Oil) and their applications.
