Do you love discovering hidden design stories in construction sites and turning everyday conversations into meaningful collaborations?

Millenium Marbles is seeking a Relationship Builder who's fluent in both marble and human connection—someone comfortable stepping into bustling sites, meeting contractors, architects, and developers, and guiding them to our showroom and factory in Shoolagiri.

What You'll Do
  • Scout upcoming construction & interior projects across Bengaluru and nearby regions
  • Identify key stakeholders (owners, contractors, site engineers, developers) and present our marble collections
  • Build trust and guide visits to our Shoolagiri factory, where design decisions take shape
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Share on-ground insights that support long-term sales and brand positioning
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in on-field B2B or project-based sales (construction/interiors preferred)
  • Confident communicator in English and Kannada
  • Proactive personality who enjoys travel and spontaneous engagement
  • Must have a two-wheeler license and smartphone
  • A genuine love for building relationships and spotting opportunity in unexpected places.
