SA 8000 Lead Auditor and Compliance Expert

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SA 8000 Lead Auditor to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct SA 8000 third-party audits as an APSCA Level 3 Team Leader
- Draft detailed audit reports and compliance findings, collaborating closely with client leadership
- Approve reports in a timely manner and issue certifications accurately
- Support the sales team on technical queries and foster key customer relationships
Deliverables:
- Perform audits and reporting using SAI tools, meeting tight deadlines
- Maintain and enhance auditor credentials for SA 8000 and other relevant standards
- Support the certification process through report reviews and documentation
- Promote digital tool adoption and knowledge sharing across audit teams
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a SA 8000 Lead Auditor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with SAI tools and auditing software
