Technical Support Specialist

Our team seeks a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance to end-users for hardware and software issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair defective hardware for various devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Resolve software functionality issues for operating systems (Windows 11, macOS) and standard desktop applications (Microsoft 365).
  • Perform physical installations, moves, adds, changes, and de-installs for supported hardware devices and software.
  • Provide on-call support to VIP users and collaborate with infrastructure teams to resolve network, server, or other infrastructure-related issues.
  • Support device refreshes, system upgrades, migrations, patch updates, and asset management for end-user devices.
  • Assist with hardware setup, including printers, servers, network devices, backup devices, meeting room equipment, and scientific devices.
  • Provide event support for trade shows, special meetings, and regular IT Room device and Meeting Room equipment checks.
  • Manage large-scale efforts, including asset auditing, discovery, project support, image integration, on-site installation, user self-installation, migration, and asset recovery with full project status and reporting.
