IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to hospital staff, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing helpdesk tickets, and supporting critical healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Support: Provide first-level support for Hospital IT Systems including HIS, EMR, PACS, LIS, and ERP applications.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Helpdesk Management: Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Linux, and basic networking.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
