Job Title: Data Driven Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Decision Scientist to join our organization. As a Decision Scientist, you will be responsible for designing Cross-Sell programs and GTM strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Python, PySpark, and Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) as well as excellent stakeholder management and risk analytics skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Cross-Sell Programs: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and develop effective Cross-Sell programs that drive business growth.
- Develop Business Analytics Solutions: Design and develop business analytics solutions to deliver timely project outcomes.
- Mentor Junior Analysts: Guide and mentor junior data analysts and scientists to ensure quality projects are delivered on time.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of work experience in financial services or similar domains.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, PySpark, and Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
- Excellent stakeholder management and risk analytics skills.
- Ability to articulate and present analytical solutions to senior management.
