
Onboarding Process Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Talent Connector Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and supporting pre-employment and onboarding processes in alignment with recruitment process guidelines.
The successful candidate will have the ability to perform background verification coordination, system updates, and effective communication with candidates and vendors to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Perform analysis and solve lower-complexity problems within defined work scope
- Follow moderate-level instructions for routine tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding activities for new joiners
- Handhold candidates through the pre-employment check (PEC) process
- Coordinate with background verification (BGC) and drug test vendors to ensure timely completion
- Ensure 100% compliance with client-specific onboarding requirements
- Update internal HCM/onboarding systems with BGC status, changes in date of joining, or other candidate-related updates
- Maintain regular communication with recruiters and hiring managers to share updates
- Resolve candidate queries related to onboarding processes
- Report onboarding issues and escalate challenges where necessary
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough analysis and provide solutions to lower-complexity problems

- Communicate effectively with candidates and vendors to ensure smooth onboarding
- Ensure all client-specific onboarding requirements are met
- Update internal systems with BGC status and other relevant information
