HR Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to lead our regional human resources function.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, personnel management, and administration.
  • A strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  • Key tasks will include:
  1. Recruitment: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing job postings, interviews, and offers, building relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  2. Learning and Development (L&D): Launching regional skill development centres, implementing L&D strategies, facilitating and delivering training programs, evaluating program effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvement.
  3. Performance Management System (PMS): Conducting training on PMS policies, providing guidance and support to managers and employees, and ensuring timely completion of PMS processes.
  4. Personnel Management: Providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, developing employee engagement strategies, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  5. Administration: Managing day-to-day administrative operations, overseeing housekeeping and pantry operations, managing procurement and inventory, and ensuring effective communication with employees and stakeholders.
