About the Role

  • We're seeking an experienced professional to oversee the entire tendering and proposal development process for projects in Carbon Markets, Renewable Energy, Environmental Services, and NBS initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials.
  • They'll be responsible for drafting high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to sustainability projects.
  • This includes tracking and monitoring relevant opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations.
  • Additionally, they'll ensure timely submission of proposals and post-submission follow-up with clients and partners.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in Tender Management in Climate Change and sustainability is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of tendering procedures in government, corporate, or donor-funded projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also essential.
  • We're looking for someone with excellent writing and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will review tender documents and identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • They'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a knowledge base of templates, case studies, credentials, and standard bid documents.
  • This role involves supporting management in market research, pipeline development, and competitive analysis related to tendering.
