
Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Bid Management/Tendering Specialist to lead our business development efforts as Senior Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tendering process from end-to-end, including preparation of tenders, bid management, and client liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of tenders for Oil and Gas, Energy sectors.
- Proficiency in bid management, tendering, and project management, with experience in Govt. clients/PSUs.
- Identification of relevant tenders through various resources, with expertise in bidding processes at government/GEM portals.
- Maintenance of professional relations with clients and coordination with central functions for bid compliance.
- Coordination with Execution team and relationship maintenance with external parties for bidding jobs.
- Liaisoning and day-to-day correspondence along with legal contractual correspondences with customers.
- Generation of MIS reports/tender tracking updates.
- Achievement of order booking targets from tenders.
- Maintenance of documentation and correspondence of BD activities, and updating of credentials on regular basis.
- Business Sales Forecasting.
- New empanelment and renewal of existing ones with PSU and other agencies.
Requirements:
- B.Tech (Elect/Mech) or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in bidding/tendering, and overall 10-15 years of experience.
- MBA preferred.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of Bidding & Tendering activity.
- Strategic and analytical ability, good writing and calculation skills.
