This role is responsible for designing and executing GTM plans for multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Designing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  2. Driving real impact by getting hands dirty.
  3. Defining customer personas, market segmentation, and competitive differentiation to drive positioning and messaging.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2–3 years of experience in growth, strategy, revenue, or GTM roles, preferably in EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups.
  • Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience in building GTM plans, product marketing strategies, and growth models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
