We are seeking a skilled Product Strategist - Growth to drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments.
This role combines strategic consulting discipline with hands-on B2C product execution, using data-driven insights and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.
Growth Responsibilities:
- Drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments
- Bolster Retention and Engagement: Build and scale rewards & loyalty programs
- Analyze Data and Optimize Performance
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Teams
- Lead A/B Tests and Champion/Challenger Experiments
Growth Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Related Field; MBA/Master's from Top-Tier Institution Preferred
- 4-6 Years Total Experience; At Least 2 Years in B2C Hyper-Frequent Use Cases or 2-3 Years in Top-Tier Consulting (MBB)
Growth Skills:
- Strong Analytical Skills with Numbers, Data Analysis, and Financial Modeling
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Analytics Tools (Tableau/Python)
- Familiarity with Growth Funnels, Lifecycle Management, and Cohort Analysis
- Experience with Product-Led Retention and Scaling Loyalty Programs
