Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled ESG professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the sustainability domain, with a strong understanding of various reporting standards.

About the Role:

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement ESG strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • To achieve this, we are looking for a motivated individual who can lead teams across different geographic locations and effectively collaborate with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To create high-quality ESG reports that meet the company's requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular materiality analysis and review periodically.
  • Assess climate-related risks and opportunities using the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework.
  • Develop and implement climate action and strategy plans.
  • Monitor and review supplier ESG performance.
  • Implement and monitor Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Management System (ESMS).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A post-graduate degree in Environment Science/Environment Management/Sustainability related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.

Educational Qualification:

A post-graduate degree in Environment Science/Environment Management/Sustainability related field is preferred.
