- Monitor fragrance trends, competitor activity, and product development to stay ahead of the market.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key internal and external decision-makers to drive business growth.
- Attract new business by identifying and creating mutual business opportunities that benefit both our customers and our company.
- Build a project pipeline that ensures efficient usage of our resources and positions our products for success.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales, key account management, business development, or a techno-commercial role in the Fragrance industry.
- Good commercial and business acumen, with a strong understanding of the fragrance market.
- Excellent presentation and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide others.
