At Merative, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional IT support to our clients. We're seeking a skilled Help Desk Engineer to join our team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with vendors to ensure seamless warranty programs
  • Analyze top ticket drivers and implement solutions to enhance the end-user experience
  • Collaborate with platform owners, vendors, and engineering teams to resolve PC/Mac issues
  • Facilitate cross-squad collaboration and drive E2E call resolution
  • Handle incident breach notifications and coordinate with relevant teams
  • Support new support teams and drive OKR/KPIs to improve services and tools

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of ITIL framework
  • Hands-on familiarity with MacOs and Windows PC
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, and Office 365
  • Advanced Excel and database management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
