
Employee Experience Specialist

This role is designed to provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Manage employee records, maintain accurate and up-to-date information, and ensure timely payroll input to the Finance department.
- Provide assistance in generating reports on HR metrics and serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR queries.
- Organize meetings, manage agendas, record meeting minutes, and ensure timely distribution and follow-up on agreed actions.
- Maintain databases and systems to track and analyze HR data.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role, with a total of 5-6 years in HR and office administration.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of general HR principles, staffing trends, and employee relations.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
