Job Title: Senior Corporate Lawyer for Mortgage and Real Estate Transactions

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mortgage and real estate transactions, with a strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and advising on mortgage documentation, including loan agreements and security documents;
  • Conducting due diligence on properties and vendors;
  • Preparing and negotiating contracts for the acquisition and disposal of properties;
  • Providing legal advice on consumer protection laws and RERA regulations;
  • Assisting with corporate legal documentation, including loan documentation and security documentation;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a higher qualification;
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mortgage and real estate transactions;
  • Strong knowledge of company law, contract law, and RBI regulations;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills;
