Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join its General Corporate team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on transactional experience and the ability to execute deals independently.

The job involves assisting in M&A, private equity, and general corporate transactions, focusing on execution. This includes conducting due diligence and preparing due diligence reports, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and working closely with clients, senior lawyers, and internal teams to ensure seamless deal execution.

Key qualifications for the role include:

  • 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in a top-tier law firm or reputable corporate law practice.
  • Strong transactional experience, beyond just advisory work.
  • Ability to conduct due diligence independently and assist in negotiations.
  • Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.
