Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Testing Excellence Leader to drive our testing strategies and excellence in software testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead senior stakeholders to understand their business objectives, requirements, and expectations in software testing.
  • Establish and coach testing standards for implementation programs and drive stakeholder acceptance.
  • Communicate effectively to align testing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations on test strategies, progress, and quality metrics.
Business Opportunity Identification:
  • Analyze business opportunities in software testing, including emerging trends, industry advancements, and potential areas of improvement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about testing practices and industry benchmarks.
  • Develop strategies to leverage testing capabilities as a competitive advantage and drive revenue growth.
Testing Center of Excellence Leadership:
  • Lead the Testing CoE by establishing the vision, mission, and strategic roadmap.
  • Define and implement testing methodologies, standards, and processes to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Testing CoE.
Automation Tools and Test Data Management:
  • Evaluate, select, and implement automation tools that align with organizational goals and project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a robust test data management strategy to ensure accurate and secure test data availability.
Test Delivery and Quality Assurance:
  • Oversight end-to-end test delivery across projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget.
  • Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases in collaboration with project teams.
  • Monitor and analyze test results, identify trends, and propose corrective actions to continuously improve quality.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Test Lead or similar role, with a focus on managing senior stakeholders and identifying business opportunities in software testing.
  • Experience in end-to-end management of at least a couple of automation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
