Job Description

As a strategic leader, you will oversee cross-functional projects and programs to drive operational excellence and improve efficiency across our organization.

  • Develop and execute process improvements to enhance reviewer operations, leveraging data analysis to drive decision making.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain process efficiency metrics.
  • Manage workstreams and communications flow to address blockers and ensure mitigation is in place when needed.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in operations program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with SQL and analyzing data sets to inform decision making.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in scaled operations and/or trust and safety.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
