Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead and direct all operational activities for our programs, aligning with our campus's strategic direction. This role will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Levels, and coaching and recruiting Team Leaders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective operational plans, ensuring proper planning, staffing, and direction of operational functions.
  • Manage and supervise teams, fostering a culture of high performance and employee engagement.
  • Analyze various reports and statistical data to measure production levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop customized reporting to measure and track operational statistics, data, and results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and bring in-depth operational knowledge to partner meetings.
Requirements:
  • Completion of post-secondary education, preferably in Business or Commerce.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the contact center industry, with at least 3 years in an Operations Management role.
  • Experience in client relationship management, employee development, and coaching.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams, possess exceptional time management and organizational skills, and communicate effectively.
Key Qualities:
  • Leadership qualities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy and use spreadsheet applications to maintain and develop operational and financial data reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite is preferred.
