Job Title:

Team Operations Director

Role Description:

As a seasoned Team Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our team. Your primary objective will be to drive client satisfaction by managing key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive client KPIs and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication
  • Maintain attrition and shrinkage rates within the team
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues that employees are not authorized to handle
  • Deal with schedule changes, employee call-ins, and other staffing issues
  • Fill in for absent employees as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the business
  • Act as a role model for all employees by continuously exhibiting high levels of service and attention to detail
  • Delegate tasks to employees and keep day-to-day activities organized
  • Recruit and interview new hires
  • Supervise employees and provide additional training and coaching as needed
  • Train employees in proper safety procedures and provide training updates as needed
  • Conflict Management - Addressing employee problems on the job to ensure everyone is thriving in the workplace and satisfied with their job and work environment
  • Organize promotions and spearhead marketing efforts by setting up displays and educating customers and employees on promotions or specials

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Graduate in any stream
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Confidence and skillful negotiating skills
  • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a team lead or supervisor
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in people manager roles
