As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow solutions to drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and management of ServiceNow solutions for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical expertise in Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and other ServiceNow tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and streamline workflows, ensure compliance, and engage with teams to drive project success.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Lead and Admin.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies, and integrations with third-party systems.
