Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow integration specialist to design, develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow's integration capabilities and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The role involves designing and developing robust, secure and scalable connections using ServiceNow integration tools, APIs and best practices. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server and other technologies.

The selected candidate will also develop workflows, data transformations and automation logic to support integration needs. They will work closely with architects to ensure compliance with security and performance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with at least 2 years in integrations.
  • Strong expertise with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer and scripted REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in:
  • REST and SOAP web services.
  • JavaScript (Server-side & Client-side).
  • MID Server configuration and orchestration.
  • Authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, Mutual TLS, SAML, JWT).
  • Solid understanding of CMDB data models and how integrations affect them.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request).
