ServiceNow GRC Technical Consultant

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for GRC processes, customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements, and provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required, along with 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and 2+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module.

Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification, CIS-ITSM, and CIS-R&C are highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for GRC processes
  • Customizing and configuring ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports
  • Implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications

Additional skills and qualifications include:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer
  • Good experience in UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces
  • Experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules with understanding of latest updates of GRC/IRM module in store and release notes
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server
