**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned Client Retention Manager - Employee Benefits with 5 to 9 years of experience in the General Insurance sector or insurance broking.

This key role is focused on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships within our corporate accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to listen attentively, and identify clients' evolving needs. Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for presentations, data analysis, and documentation is also essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Needs Assessment & Analysis: Proactively communicate with clients to understand their specific requirements and adjust service delivery accordingly.
  • Customer Engagement & Support: Utilize various communication mediums to engage with customers, providing quick assistance and efficient resolution to their queries or concerns.
  • Product Updates & Education: Keep customers informed about the latest product and service offerings relevant to their employee benefits and general insurance needs.
  • Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to expand the customer base.
  • Deliverable Assurance: Ensure all agreed-upon deliverables for clients are met in a timely and accurate manner.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for client interaction and internal collaboration.
  • Listening & Needs Assessment: Strong listening skills and ability to determine clients' underlying needs are essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for presentations, data analysis, and documentation.
  • Product Knowledge: Good technical knowledge about Employee Health Insurance and/or General Insurance products is necessary.

Industry Experience: Minimum 5 to 9 years of experience in the General Insurance sector or with insurance brokers. Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a related field. Certifications: Any Insurance Qualification is preferred.
