Job Title: Appointment Generation Executive">

This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced professional located in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads through market research and profiling activities.

Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, setting up appointments with decision-makers, maintaining and updating client databases, preparing reports, and achieving set targets.

The role also involves coordinating with the sales team to follow up on appointments and ensuring smooth transitions of leads.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Lead Generation and Market Research skills: Proficiency in using data analysis tools to identify business opportunities and generate new leads.
  • Sales Acceleration and Account Profiling experiences: Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and other technology tools used to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets: Self-motivation and discipline to work independently and achieve set targets.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C markets is a plus: Previous experience working in B2B or B2C markets is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field: A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.
