We are seeking a results-driven Appointment Generation Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified appointments through outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and cold calling. This role is critical in building the sales pipeline and ensuring smooth coordination between prospects and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified appointments for the sales team through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and referrals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, lead status, and appointments in CRM tools
  • Qualify leads based on specified criteria (CDQA - Call, Decision Maker, Qualification, Appointment)
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and appointment setting
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on lead status and campaign performance

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Undergraduate freshers (with minimum 6 months of experience in CDQA, appointment generation, or demand generation)

Experience:

Min. 1 year in a B2B/B2C calling, lead generation, or appointment setting role (preferred)

Languages:

Excellent spoken and written communication in English

Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is an added advantage

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive and confident approach over phone/email
  • Basic understanding of B2B/B2C sales cycle
  • Ability to handle objections and convert cold calls into appointments
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
