We are seeking highly skilled and experienced candidates for a Corporate Administrator role to support our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor management and new vendor development for office administration requirements.
  • Vendor payments and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate and manage customer, government official, and group company employee visits to the corporate office.
  • Manage office events to enhance employee experience.
  • Oversee office pantry and admin manpower management.
  • Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls.
  • Support various teams within the organization on administrative activities.
  • Maintain and prepare minutes of meetings for administrative-related gatherings.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
  • Develop and implement an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Coordinate administrative activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage travel arrangements for employees.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data for administrative audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
