About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Executive Administration professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4 years of experience in handling general administration of medium to large companies, with a preference for those who have handled administration of regional offices or corporate offices.
Key Responsibilities- Vendor management and new vendor development for office admin requirements.
- Vendor payments and reconciliation.
- Coordinate and collaborate to manage customer, government official, and group company employee visits to the corporate office.
- Manage office events to provide a better employee experience.
- Oversee office pantry and admin manpower management.
- Respond and manage all incoming and outgoing communication.
- Support various teams within the organization on admin-related activities.
- Maintain and prepare meeting minutes for admin-related meetings.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Education: Any undergraduate degree.
- Experience: At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in handling general administration of medium to large companies.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience.
