
Sales Development Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing Point of Sales Person (POSP) agents to sell motor and health insurance products.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a minimum of 6 months experience in insurance sales. They should also have a proven track record of working with POSP agents or agency channels.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and training POSP agents to meet sales targets
- Building strong relationships with agents and driving business through them
- Providing ongoing support and coaching to ensure agent success
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in insurance sales (motor or health)
- Proven track record of working with POSP agents/agency channel
