Visual Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Designer to join our team. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for digital learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design work and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. They will also be willing to learn and contribute to the development of interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media.
  • Support the visual development of training modules by providing assets (icons, templates, characters, etc.).
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals.
  • Learn and gradually contribute to the development of interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work.
  • Basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Willingness to learn Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
