
Senior Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a seasoned instructional designer to join our team. As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and effective learning solutions that drive business results.
This role is ideal for an experienced instructional designer who can apply advanced design methodologies and technologies to create high-quality training programs. You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze learning needs, develop instructional strategies, and deliver learner-centered content.
Your expertise will also be instrumental in establishing best practices and standards for learning design within our organization.
- Lead the design and development of instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, blended learning programs, videos, simulations, assessments, and multimedia elements.
- Apply advanced instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and industry best practices to develop effective learning experiences.
- Partner with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs, gather and validate content, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Establish instructional design standards, guidelines, and templates to ensure consistency and quality across learning deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end instructional design projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
You will collaborate with internal teams such as Professional Services, Customer Success, Engineering, and HR to ensure training materials support organizational strategies. Additionally, you will integrate AI tools and technologies to enhance instructional design efficiency, personalization, and learner engagement.
A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in instructional design. They should be proficient in leveraging AI tools and technologies for learning design and development, as well as have strong project management skills and analytical abilities.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to translate complex technical or business concepts into engaging learning experiences. Finally, they should demonstrate a commitment to quality, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
