Job description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
to join our team at Xylem Learning PVT LTD, an innovative education company. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that enhances our educational materials, digital marketing campaigns, brand presence, and learner engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about design and education, with strong technical skills and an understanding of visual communication principles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content & Curriculum Design
Design educational assets such as worksheets, lesson plans, presentations, infographics, and eBooks.
Work closely with curriculum developers and subject matter experts to visually communicate educational concepts.
Ensure materials are accessible, age-appropriate, and aligned with brand and pedagogical standards.
2. Marketing & Branding
Develop graphics for digital marketing campaigns including social media, email newsletters, display ads, and website content.
Create brand-consistent visual identities for campaigns and initiatives.
Design print collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and event materials.
3. UI/UX & Product Support
(if applicable)
Collaborate with product and tech teams to design UI elements for e-learning platforms, apps, and dashboards.
Create icons, illustrations, and visual assets for digital products.
4. Video & Motion Graphics
(Optional / Bonus Skill)
Assist in the creation of storyboards, lower-thirds, intros/outros, and animated explainer videos.
Work with video editors or produce basic animations for educational or promotional content.
