Job Title: Data Assurance Lead

Overview

The organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead its data quality assurance efforts. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive data quality strategy, defining standards and best practices for data quality assurance processes, and leading efforts to profile and analyze data across systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a data quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Define and enforce data quality standards and best practices.
  • Lead data profiling and analysis efforts to identify issues related to accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Establish and maintain data quality assurance processes, including validation, cleansing, and monitoring.
  • Design and implement data quality checks and controls.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure data quality.
  • Generate regular reports on data quality metrics and trends for stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation on data quality issues, resolutions, and improvements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data quality professionals.
  • Provide guidance on data quality best practices and ensure the team's professional development.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to define and develop solutions.
