Quality Assurance Leader for 3D Products
We are seeking a detail-obsessed and quality-driven leader to join our team as a Quality Assurance Leader.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for visuals, a love for process improvement, and a desire to make a real impact on performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Standards: Set and maintain high visual standards (realism, lighting, layout)
- Audit and Corrective Actions: Audit work, track rework trends, and lead corrective actions
- Training and Development: Work with trainers to upskill based on data
- Process Improvement: Create SOPs, streamline workflows, and speed up tasks without losing quality
- Performance Metrics: Boost scores, reduce rework, and help grow adoption
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years in virtual staging, QA or team lead experience
- Technical Skills: Pro in Photoshop, Blender, 3DsMax
- Soft Skills: Data-driven mindset + strong feedback skills
- Education: Degree in Architecture, 3D Product Designing
