Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be instrumental in guaranteeing the quality of our software products through meticulous planning and execution of test protocols, precise identification and documentation of bugs, and collaborative efforts with developers and product managers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
  • Conduct a variety of tests, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, both manually and using automated tools (web and mobile applications).
  • Accurately identify, document, and track software defects from discovery through resolution using a bug-tracking system.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.
