Key Responsibilities:


As a Commercial Strategy Lead – West Operations, you will be accountable for driving business growth, ensuring strategic alignment, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.



Business Objectives:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to deliver specific sales and profitability KPIs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and monitor commercial strategies, ensuring alignment with global industry and pricing strategies
  • Ensure the execution of commercial strategies, manage day-to-day operations, and stay up-to-date with market information to position ANH OU West competitively
  • Maintain full compliance with DNP policies across all commercial activities in the area of responsibility


About the Role:

The West Region is a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a mix of developed and emerging markets. The role requires a proactive and flexible approach to adapt to the changing market environment.

  • Proven experience in sales and commercial management, preferably in the associated industry or market
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to operate at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Managerial and social knowledge, with a good understanding of the industry and market trends
