Purpose of the Role: Senior Commercial Manager (APAC)

The Senior Commercial Manager, APAC reports to the Finance Director, APAC based in Mumbai and is responsible for providing financial analysis and valuable insights to support the APAC Leadership Team in driving commercial and strategic outcomes.

This role will collaborate closely with Agency, Client Partners, Sales & Marketing teams to ensure commercially viable price deals are negotiated, offering win-win situations for both parties. The Senior Commercial Manager will plan, develop, and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives, focusing on supporting and accelerating growth.

Some key responsibilities include conducting market research and analysis to develop business plans for commercial opportunities, championing contracting, commercial, and compliance aspects of the business units, and partnering with the business to perform market and client profitability reviews and prepare fee proposals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of commercial finance experience, preferably in a marketing agency
  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business with CPA/ CA/ ICWA or equivalent
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros, VBAs, and data visualisation tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
