Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Bid on new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute event strategies
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automobile or event marketing sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to client engagement
- A laptop, smartphone, and two-wheeler for daily field visits
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
