Job Overview

Finance Lead Position

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in our organization. As a Finance Lead, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the business.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and experience in financial planning and analysis.

You will work closely with senior management to ensure accurate financial reporting and make recommendations for process improvements.

We are looking for a highly analytical and self-disciplined individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute audit of Internal Financial control over financial reporting and prepare internal audit report.
  • Responsible for all accounting related issues, including statutory audit, revenue audit, preparation of TDS return and Income Tax Return with support from local advisors.
  • Monitor financial details to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Prepare financial reports and budgets for management review.
  • Review company financial reports and identify opportunities to reduce costs and manage budget.
  • Responsible for controlling income, cash flow and expenditure, collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information.
  • Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
  • Develop strategies to minimize financial risk.
  • Manage procurement, stock/inventory, debtors and creditors records, payroll, and ROC compliances.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong English language skills.
  • Qualified accountant.
  • 5+ years pharmaceutical experience preferable.
  • International company experience.
  • Management experience with liaison with senior management, auditors, suppliers, banks, insurance providers, contractors etc.
  • Highly analytical and self-disciplined.
  • Results-focused with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player.
  • Flexible approach to work to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience using Power BI and CRM systems.
