Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Narang Realty. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding channel partners to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Channel Partner Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with reliable channel partners to promote our luxury high-end spaces.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales through channels (brokers and alternate channels) at active projects.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads from channel partners and ensure an increase in walk-ins and leads through CPs.
- Process Improvement: Analyze deal closures and cancellations to implement necessary changes in the process.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with channel partners and internal teams.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of real estate market trends and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets.
