Job Description:
The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in expanding the company's presence in the pre-school market. This individual will be responsible for identifying potential business partners, conducting city profiling, and implementing lead generation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business partners for the expansion of Pre-School operations.
- Conduct city profiling to identify suitable locations for new Kidzee Pre-School centers.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Present business proposals to potential partners.
- Evaluate prospect profiles to determine suitability as a Business Partner.
- Design, implement, and facilitate marketing strategies for acquiring new franchisees.
- Responsible for revenue, profitability targets, product development, and launching new products in the region.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Business Partners and coordinate with them for smooth operation of Franchise academic centers.
- Build the brand image of the school in target markets and inspect centers.
- Ensure that academic processes and delivery meet the highest standards as per company requirements.
- Monitor market intelligence within the industry to stay ahead of competitors.
- Implement tier correction procedures, including completion, lost inquiry, market survey, and catchment analysis.
- Adhere to all legal norms and procedures.
- Submit bi-weekly reports to track acquisitions.
- Prepare regional collection reports and performance metrics for each center.
Qualification & Requisite:
- Post-Graduate in Management (Operations/Sales) or Graduate (BBA/BMS) with 5-7 years of experience in franchisee/sales/institutional sales.
- Understanding of geographic regions and willingness to travel.
