Purchasing and Administrative Support Associate

We are looking for a Purchasing and Administrative Support Associate for TalentEdge Recruitment Consultants. This role will be responsible for assisting with purchase orders, tracking inventory, preparing offers/quotations, and handling office administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, track inventory, and prepare offers/quotations.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including coordinating with vendors, managing filing systems, and organizing paperwork.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
