Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Legal Analyst - Alternative Funds. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in analyzing fund-level agreements, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data extracted by our AI platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead reviewer of AI-extracted data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Verify the output from Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), side letters, and related legal documents against source material to correct discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Train junior team members and maintain quality controls through oversight.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a legal, compliance, or paralegal role with substantial exposure to alternative investment funds.
  • Proven track record of working with fund level documents like LPAs, side letters and related legal agreements.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning workflows, or legal technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
