Job Opportunity: Affordable Housing Expert

The role of an Affordable Housing Expert involves working on structuring and securing funding for affordable housing projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research on new funding opportunities and expansion possibilities to drive business growth
  • Providing support in the development finance process, including pre-development, construction closing, conversion, and compliance activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, underwriting, financial modeling, or financial research
  • Familiarity with financial analysis, project finance, credit analysis, valuation, and balance sheet analysis is highly desirable
