Job Overview

The Field Technical Manager position plays a pivotal role in leading technical services support to existing and new customers, driving business growth through innovative solutions.

This key leadership role involves spearheading tech upgradations of sales teams in assigned geographies, ensuring seamless integration with the latest industry developments. It also encompasses leveraging global technical knowledge to provide top-notch customer support, collaborating with marketing functions to drive strategies and campaigns, and imparting training to procuring entities.

Additionally, this role involves providing on-site and off-site technical services to customers, leading customer meetings to foster strong partnerships, handling product complaints and feedback, and nurturing scientific relations with academic/research institutions.

  • Lead technical services support for existing and new customers
  • Spearhead tech upgradation of sales teams in assigned geographies
  • Stay updated with the latest dairy industry developments and provide exceptional customer support
  • Leverage global technical knowledge to drive business growth

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Hold a B.V. Sc or A.H. degree, preferably an M.V. Sc (Animal Reproduction/Animal Genetics/Any Clinical Subject)

  • 2-5 years of technical experience, preferably from animal health/feed additives/cattle feed
  • Dairy industry experience/on-site interaction with dairy farms/farmers
  • Flexible relocation and travel within India
  • Strong communication skills in native language, Hindi, and English
  • Proficient in data analysis and MS Office tools
